Tips for returning your old vanos
Once you have your new vanos installed, don't forget to return your old vanos, tools and any related parts for the core refund! There are few things to keep in mind when returning your core so that we may promptly refund your deposit. Here are some tips and tricks for shipping your core back - The US Postal Service offers free 'Flat Rate' shipping boxes which are available at your local post office
- The Flat Rate service is usually priced better than standard Priority shipping
- Avoid using shipping stores that add an additional fee to the actual shipping costs.
- If you paid using Paypal, you can print a return shipping label from the original transaction page
- Try to drain as much oil out of the vanos as possible
- Use a sturdy box of the appropriate size
- Wrap the vanos in several plastic bags to help contain any residual oil
- Make sure the vanos and tools are well packaged with newspaper or packing material
- Do not put loose parts or tools in the box; wrap or bag them securely
- Include your name and email address or a copy of your packing slip in the box
- Keep a copy of your tracking information
- Return your core within 60 days of the purchase date to avoid any Paypal fees being added to your refund
